If you receive a request from a subscriber to change their email address, start by expanding Subscribers in the left-hand menu, then click Search.
In the search window enter in the original email address in the first field, then click Search:
On the following screen, click the email of the subscriber.
On the next screen, click the Change Email Address button in the upper right.
On this screen, enter the new email address, and send the request to have the subscriber approve the change.
