Cancel My Account

Before you cancel your account, we would love the opportunity to address any and all of your concerns, whether something isn't working the way you want or expected, or you're looking for a feature that you can't find. Please let our team know by sending an email to support@feedblitz.com. We appreciate any and all feedback you're willing to share.

There are a few steps to closing your account including deleting any mailing lists, canceling your upgrade and then closing your account.

To delete any mailing lists associated with your account, navigate to Subscribers > Lists in your Left-hand menu. Hover over a mailing list and select Delete from the Dashboard drop-down menu that appears to the right of your list.

Once your mailing lists are deleted, navigate to your Welcome drop-down menu and select All Account Settings. 

In the My Account tile, select Payment Method and Updates. 

On the following page, click Cancel Upgrade.

For our records, we ask that you let us know your reason for cancelling in Step 1:

Select Submit Survey & Continue to be taken to Step 2 to confirm your upgrade cancellation.

Once confirmed, you will see a success message appear as noted below.

After completing the upgrade cancellation, return to All Account Settings and select Close Account in the My Account Tile. You can stop at this point. You will not be charged again. Your account is now a subscriber account and can be used to manage your subscriptions to other FeedBlitz powered newsletters.


Closing your FeedBlitz account will unsubscribe you from any newsletters powered by FeedBlitz.

From here, we confirm three times that you indeed want to close your FeedBlitz account. Many people, we've found, don't realize this process will unsubscribe you from any FeedBlitz-serviced newsletters as well, so we do our best to be extremely clear on this. The closing screens are as follows:

And then you'll see the final confirmation page that the account has been closed and you have been logged out.

Please Note: You may continue to receive a few additional account-related emails from FeedBlitz, these are automated and not an indication that your cancellation has not been processed.
