How to Add a New User

As you scale, FeedBlitz scales with you. Whether you're adding to your team or hiring virtual assistants, our multi-user feature allows others to work on your email marketing for you -- without sacrificing your privacy. 

To add a new user to your account, start by selecting Users from the Welcome drop-down located in the upper-right of your screen:

You'll then be taken to the Users dashboard. On our screenshot, you'll notice we already have one active user added to this account, and below we'll walk you through the steps of adding a new user:

Click the orange Create New User Role button.

You will be taken to the following screen where you will then be able to enter the email address for the new user.

You also set both their Role and Scope:

Once you enter the information, click the orange Continue >> button. 

The email address we're using for this example does not have a FeedBlitz account in place. When this happens you will see a red alert appear at the top of your screen, prompting you to register the email address for a free FeedBlitz account:

Please note: If the email address you use for a new user *does* have a FeedBlitz account, you will have succeeded in creating the user. You will see they are now listed in your User Dashboard. 

This existing email address will be able to access their assigned areas of FeedBlitz after logging in. They can either select Click Users in the Welcome menu dropdown and select the role they have been assigned or by selecting their user role here from their site dashboard:

Once the email address has a registered FeedBlitz account, you will then be able to proceed in setting the address as a User:

Upon login, the newly registered FeedBlitz user will see a blue status bar, stating their established user role:

Clicking the orange Your Assigned User Role(s) will take the user to their User Dashboard where they will be able to select and begin working within only the areas of your FeedBlitz account that they have been assigned. 

If a User has more than one role, is attached to more than one account, or upgrades to establish their own email marketing, they will be able to easily switch between the different designations here:
