The activation email is a key part of the full subscription process a reader goes through when subscribing to your email list. When an email address is submitted via a form, FeedBlitz sends a standard activation email to the email address. This email contains a link that must be clicked to activate the subscription. You can easily customize this email from your mailing list dashboard.
Begin by selecting Subscribers > Lists, then click on Dashboard to the right of the list you want to work on.
Then click on Settings > List Settings.
On this page, expand the ACCESS, LANDING PAGES, ALERTS section, then click on Customize your activation email here link. This will take you to the activation email.
Note:
As you edit the activation email, remember that your highest priority is to guide your potential subscriber toward activating their subscription by clicking the confirmation link. Keep the email as simple and distraction-free as possible to focus on your main goal.
Once you have completed your edits, click Next: Review this mailing >>
If you are satisfied with the look of the activation email, be sure to scroll all the way down and click the Use this activation email >> button.
