FeedBlitz

When Does My RSS Feed Update

FeedBlitz polls active feeds, those that have had at least one new item added in the last 14 days, every 15 minutes.

If your feed is active and a change has not been reflected after the 15 time minutes have passed, the delay is often caused by a cache. You can learn more about caches here.

If your feed is inactive, FeedBlitz slowly drops the polling rate over time, but will never poll your feed less frequently than every six hours.

When you are checking to see if your feed has updated, please check the FeedBlitz version of your feed which follows the format of: https://feeds.feedblitz.com/YourFeedName

There may be a delay between your FeedBlitz feed updating and other services picking up the change. Please note that FeedBlitz is not responsible for how often third parties like iTunes, Bloglovin', etc poll your FeedBlitz feed.

As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to let us know. You can find all of our great support resources and how to get in touch with us via email, chat or phone on our Support Page.
