Enhanced Interaction Reports *Accel Feature*

Do you know who is opening your emails and when?

Hourly Reporting

You've read that it's best to send first thing in the morning, so you are at the top of the inbox when subscribers first get to the office but is that really the best time to send for your audience?

The Hourly Open and Click reports can help you determine when your subscribers are opening your posts to determine best when your subscribers are opening your posts and clicking on your calls to action.

This report is found within each mailing dashboard. You can navigate to it either from the site dashboard or list dashboard, anywhere the title of the mailing is visible, and the Dashboard button is visible. You can also navigate to individual mailing dashboards from the Monthly Insights offered under the Analytics dropdown on each list's dashboard.

Please note that both Gmail and iOS use tools within their services that artificially inflate the first hour's opens. Clicks are the best measure of interaction when making decisions to change sending times.

Domain-Based Reports

Below your engagement by time reports is your engagement by domain report.

This report gives you insight into your subscribers based on which internet service providers (ISPs) your subscribers use.

This table has options that allow you to change how much information is displayed. You can display up to 100 rows of information. You can also search the table by domain (Gmail.com, Yahoo.com, etc.).

As with most of the table-based reports within the mailing dashboard, you can export the data to use elsewhere, such as with Excel, Numbers or your favorite spreadsheet tool

Hourly and Domain-based reports are a feature only available to FeedBlitz Accel and Enterprise Publishers.
