Sometimes funnels are built over long periods of time. During that time, a subscriber or subscribers may finish your funnel. If you want finished subscribers to receive the entry or entries you have created after they have finished, you have an option to restart them at any point in the funnel.
To do this:
1. From your funnel's dashboard choose Edit Articles and Sequencing
2. Ensure that finished subscribers are set to remain active.
3. Once the finished subscribers are in the active state. Click the Restart Finished Subscribers. A new modal window will pop up with a list of the steps in the funnel. You can select any step in the funnel and then click Restart Finished Subscribers.
It is important to note that the subscriber who has been "restarted" at a specific point in the funnel will now have their timer reset as if they are at that specific point in the funnel
